John Neal

ASSOCIATE BROKER

John has lived in the Virginia Beach area since 1982, practicing real estate since 2004, and obtained his broker's license in 2009. His extensive experience includes high end sales in excess of $3M, investing, as well as representing builders and developers. John graduated from Norfolk Academy, and moved back to Virginia Beach after graduating from Clemson University with a Bachelor’s degree in Management with a concentration in Finance.

When not selling real estate, he is likely getting out on the water, fishing, or playing golf. Heading to the mountains to snowboard, hike, and camp are also favorites. Prior to practicing real estate, John worked in the lending/mortgage industry, which has given him the background to help clients through the entire home sale process.
